A3s Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the terms and rules governing the use of the a3s platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any services provided by a3s, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to access or use the a3s platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and a3s ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using this service.
A3s reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest version.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account on the a3s platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without any refund.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. a3s reserves the right to require identity verification at any time to meet the platform's compliance requirements.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access to it. Please contact a3s customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the a3s platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable rules. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to manipulate the betting system, odds, or game outcomes through unauthorised means.
- Using another person's payment card details or bank account without their authorised consent.
- Distributing harmful, defamatory, or threatening content to users or platform staff.
- Taking any action that could damage the reputation, operations, or technical infrastructure of a3s.
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotions beyond the permitted limits.
A3s reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the a3s platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is in their own name and is legally valid under Malaysian law.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment method. a3s is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers such as banks or e-wallets.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before funds are released. a3s reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for investigation purposes if any suspicious activity is detected or if bonus requirements have not been fully met. All approved withdrawals will be processed to the same account used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by management.
Bonuses and promotions received are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements set out separately. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until those requirements are met. For full details, please refer to FAQ section us.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
Liability Limits
The a3s platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any implied or express warranties. a3s is not liable for any financial losses, data loss, or service disruptions arising from the use of the platform, including technical outages, internet connectivity issues, or third-party system failures.
Under no circumstances shall a3s's maximum liability to a user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the a3s platform, including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of a3s or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or using any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from a3s.
Account Suspension & Closure
A3s reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraud, or at the platform's discretion. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to a refund of any remaining account balance.
Third-Party Links & Governing Law
The a3s platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. a3s is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
